An Accounts Administrator with a mixture of finance admin skills is required by our client in the Utilities sector in Didcot, Oxfordshire. A salary of up to £28k is available.
Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will be liaising with colleagues at all levels of the company to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the finance function.
The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for multiple contracts processing accounts to assist the workflow and finance for projects. You must offer solid knowledge of invoicing as well as supplier payments, credit card and bank reconciliations. You will run credit checks on new clients and keep a record on the company systems.
Strong IT literacy is required. Our client uses Xero software, but this is not essential.
